The KP-B07, KP-B08 hoist design is truly modular. The hoist drive devices and cages are generic and interchangeable. 

Multiple choice of doors or ramps. 

Main parts are made of 16Mn and Q345 high strength steel.

An electrical crane is available. 

Single or twin car configuration available. 

Frequency control provides very smooth starting and stopping with low starting current and less wear and tear.  

Intelligent control (fault detect, display and alarm, and automatic cage landing/stop and floor selection) available.  

TUV certified according to European Regulation EN 12159: 2009.

Hoist users are responsible for ensuring the acceptance test and inspection can prove the whole installation work conforms to the involved national safety technical regulations and standards, local laws and rules.

What general devices should be tested and inspected at the site before installation?  

At least the contents of following aspects:

①Inspection of mast and tie-in of hoist must satisfy:

a. Location, dimension and load capacity of ground base shall meet the requirement;

b. Mast sections and racks are in good condition;

c. Mast has been installed correctly;

d. Mast is used and fixed according to the scheduled hoisting height;

e. Fastening of all the connecting bolts of mast section meet the requirement;

f. Fastening of racks meet the requirement;

g. Installation of tie-ins meets the requirement and the tightening of all connecting bolts meets the requirement;

h. Space between tie-ins and height of free end (remote elevation) of mast meet the requirement;

i. Installation positions of all the limit touch plates meet the requirement;

②Inspection of ground enclosure must satisfy:

a. Internal and external installation position of enclosure meets the requirement;

b. All the components of enclosure shall be with enough intensity and rigidness to guarantee correct running clearance;

c. Action of mechanical and electrical interlock devices of enclosure door is correct;

d. Installation of base-frame and the quantity, specification, layout and fastening of foundation bolts meet the requirement;

e. Cage and buffer device are installed correctly;

f. Installation position of cable drum is correct.

③Inspection of cage must meet:

a. Dimension and load capacity of cage meet the requirement;

b. Structure (including welding line) intensity and rigidness meet the requirement;

c. Dimension, intensity and electric-mechanic interlock device of cage’s entrance door meet the requirement and the door can be opened smoothly; the exit door of cage cannot be opened during running;

d. All the guide rollers and safety hooks are installed correctly;

e. Cage floor is not damaged and not slippery;

f. Safety fence on the top of cage meet the requirement;

g. Cage top crane is in good condition and installed firmly enough on cage, and the position is right.

④Inspection of transmission mechanism (drive device) must satisfy:

a. Drive device is correctly installed on the top of cage and there is not crack and damage in the welding line of relevant stressed parts;

b. Drive pinions are in good condition, and the meshing status with rack meet the requirement;

c. The tightening of back wheels and the interval between them and the rack’s back meet the requirement;

d. Reducers are in good condition, and the lubricant oil grade and oil level indicator meet the requirement;

e. Brakes are equipped with regulated function.

⑤Inspection of cable guide device must satisfy:

a. Installation position of cable guide is correct and the spacing meets the requirement;

b. Protective rubber strips on cable guide frame are in good condition;

c. Fastening of cable arm on the cage meet the requirement;

d. Installation and wiring of cable meet the requirement;

⑥Inspec)on of electrical system must sa)sfy:

a. Switch box and leakage protector shall be equipped;

b.Wire and cable shall be with good insulating property, free from damage and electric leakage;

c. Ground resistance shall not be more than 4Ω.

⑦Control system:

a. The full set of electrical control system is in good condition;

b. Installation site of all the control devices is proper and safe during use.

⑧Full range running Cage status must satisfy:

a. Safe distance between the highest point of full range running cage and the top of mast meet the requirement;

b. Distance between the lowest point of full range running cage and the ground meet the requirement;

c. Cage in the lowest travel position is in good condition and action of all the limit switches is correct and reliable.

⑨Inspection of operating environment:

a. Signs

There shall be product name plates at eye-catching location of hoist, showing information such as rated payload,rated passenger and other technical parameters.

b. Passageway and surrounding environment

There is no barrier in running passageway of cage. The structure and components of hoist such as mast, tie-in and landing devices etc. shall not be used to pull or hang scaffold, construction pipe, rope slogan and flag etc. Within 5m around hoist base, well or ditch are not allow to dig, flammable and combustible articles or other sundries shall not be piled up.

c. Distance between moving parts and building and fixed equipment 

Safe distance between moving parts of hoist and building and fixed equipment shall not be less than 0.2m.

d. Distance between hoist and outside overhead power transmission line
